Walter Learning is a French Start up that designs, creates and broadcasts online training for professionals.

They allow all professionals to increase their skills and deepen their knowledge while opening up to new professional opportunities. By taking their online training courses, the user is guaranteed access to accurate and up-to-date information. Their professional training courses adapt to all learning levels: whether you have a beginner or advanced level, you will find useful tips, tricks and recommendations.

Designing the best e-learning platform!

The challenge consisted in creating a better product than the competitors and delivering an efficient learning experience.

Nowadays users want to learn quickly, anywhere at any time with high expectations in terms of platform, user experience and easily accessible content. I had to think about the future of digital learning, creating & generating interest with new trends and features.

How ?

By performing the following tasks:

Analyze user behavior and pain points, improve user experience on the LMS (Learning management system) through user tests, interviews and data analysis.

Re-think & re-build all of the platform’s services and develop new ways to learn, understand and memorise : games, scenarios, quiz, practical sheets, syntheses, webinars, forum, etc.

Design a learning platform that promotes a more exciting learning experience adapted to trends.
